Sources inform ''Globes'' that test management and optimization software solutions provider Optimal Plus Israel Ltd. is moving from Ness Ziona to the Azrieli Holon Business Center. It has rented an entire 3,000-square meter floor in the 12-story building at NIS 55.50 per square meter per month, for total of NIS 2 million a year. The five-year lease has an option to extend.
Azrieli Group Ltd. (TASE: AZRG) has recently signed 11 other leases for 3,300 square meters at the Holon Center, for total rent of NIS 2 million a year. The tenants include Xilinx (Israel) Ltd., Promedics Technologies Ltd., capital markets technologies developer Datech Trade (Israel) Ltd., website promotions company STG Ltd., small and mid-sized enterprise development fund Tzur Shamayim, Mertens Hoffman Management Consultants Ltd., and automotive apps developer Eyal Software Solutions Ltd.
Rent for office space in the latest leases is NIS 50-70 per square meter per month in shell condition, and the monthly management fee averages NIS 17 per month. When completed, the Azrieli Holon Business Center will have 120,000 square meters in four buildings, 5,000 square meters of commercial space, and a 2,600-space underground parking garage. Total investment in the project is NIS 800 million.
