Netanyahu came to Tel Aviv's Exhibition Grounds in the early hours of the morning to deliver a stirring victory speech. He told supporters, "Against all the odds, we achieved a great victory for the Likud. We achieved a great victory for the nationalist camp. We achieved a great victory for the people. I am proud of the people of Israel who in the moment of truth knew how to stand up for their main principles and remain firm on the things that are important for all of us true security, responsible economics, and the social welfare that we are committed to."

He added, "We stand before security and economic challenges. We promised to deal with home prices and the cost of living, and we will do that. I spoke this evening with the heads of all the parties in the national camp. I called on them to join me and set up an Israeli government without delay because reality does not take a time out.
