Coface Israel launches new website on credit risk

The site provides information on credit risk evaluation and prevention.

Coface Israel, which recently started to operate in credit insurance in Israel, has launched a new new website. "The point of view of the customer is the key to the way we build the new site. Full of information for risk evaluation and prevention, the new website is a tool to support the customer and a primary source of information for those who want to know Coface and its activities", says Coface Israel country manager Carmine Mandola.

The Coface Group has a direct or indirect presence in 98 countries, and secures transactions of 40,000 companies in more than 200 countries. Each quarter, Coface publishes its assessments of country risk for 160 countries. The new website has a section on risk evaluation and prevention.

Among the tools available on the website are a global map of country risk, and two sections ("News and Publications" and "Economic Studies") giving detailed analysis of country and sector risk worldwide.

Other companies operating in credit and foreign trade risk in Israel are government-owned Ashra, which provides long-term credit insurance, ICIC, owned by Harel Insurance Investments and Financial Services Ltd. (TASE: HARL) and Euler Hermes, and Clal Credit Insurance, owned by Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. (TASE: CLIS) and Atradius.
