The Herbert Samuel Hotel, owned by the Nakash group, is scheduled to open in Jerusalem in May. The hotel will have 137 rooms and three suites, and is classed as a luxury hotel. During the running-in period, a night at the hotel will cost NIS 1,200 for a couple.
The hotel is located in Downtown Jerusalem in the area of Nahalat Shiva, Zion Square, and Music Square on Shamai Street.
A kosher Herbert Samuel restaurant will be operated on the top floor of the hotel, with a scenic view of Jerusalem. The Herbert Samuel Jerusalem restaurant is part of the same chain as Herbert Samuel Herzliya (kosher) and Herbert Samuel Tel Aviv (non-kosher).
The hotel will also have a spa with five treatment rooms, a workout room, a heated interior swimming pool, a sauna, etc.
The Nakash group also owns the Beit Bagalil hotel, and plans to open the Setai Tel Aviv Hotel and the Setai Sea of Galilee Hotel on Lake Kinneret (the Sea of Galilee), which are under construction.
