The Tel Aviv lot is zoned for a residential building with six apartments and two shops.

A purchasing group recently signed an option agreement with jewelry designer and businesswoman Michal Negrin and her husband, Meir, for their lot at 57 Shabazi St. on the corner of Takhkimony St. in the Neve Tzedek neighborhood of Tel Aviv.

The companies buying the option to organize a buyers group were Multiland and Yuvali Tel Aviv, who will recruit buyers for the plot at a price of NIS 21 million, plus VAT. Under the current valid city building plan, a residential building with six apartments with an average area of 100 sq.m. per apartment and two shops on the ground floor can be built on the site.

The lot is located at one of the highest points in the neighborhood, and the building therefore provides a view of all the slopes in Neve Tzedek, as well as the sea. Adv. Joseph Guy Mosseri from Mosseri & Co. represents the buyers.

Two weeks ago, the District Planning and Building Commission approved for deposit for objections from the public a plan initiated by Negrin on the plot located on Kaf Tet BaNovember St., close to the corner of Nissenbaum St., in the rebuilt Bat Yam business district. The plan allows construction of a 19-storey office tower with 5,070 sq.m. of built-up space in place of the building currently located on the lot, which is used for a factory and Negrin's display hall.
