Collision-avoidance solutions developer Mobileye has filed a prospectus with the SEC.
Collision-avoidance solutions developer Mobileye NV has filed a prospectus with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to $100 million in an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are the lead underwriters. Goldman Sachs is a shareholder in the company.
Mobileye did not disclose how many shares it will offer or their price. It will be traded under the ticker MBLY.
Mobileye's system comprises a windshield-mounted camera that photographs the road ahead, software that processes the images in real-time, a dashboard device warns the driver. The company was founded in 1999 by chairman Prof. Amnon Shashua and president and CEO Ziv Aviram.
