Israeli company One Hour Translation, which deals in online translation, has begun hiring 80 employees, including 30 in Israel, 30 in the company offices in the US, and 20 more in Europe. The newly hired employees consist mainly of development personnel, salesmen, and support and customer service personnel.
The company's offices in Israel, located in Rehovot, will also accept non-Hebrew speakers fluent in widely spoken languages such as French, German, and Spanish. The 30 new employees in the US, who will be hired by the end of the first half of 2015, will include marketing, sales, and business development personnel.
One Hour Translation, which has 120 employees, is now expanding its operations in North America, and has established branches in Washington DC and Palo Alto, California. Adam Blau, who has been appointed VP sales North America, will manage the Washington branch.
One Hour Translation cofounder Dr. Lior Liebman, up until now COO responsible for human resources in the company, is now being appointed president for North America, and will operate from the Palo Alto office.
