Prima has identified a niche for business clients in Tel Aviv's suburbs and in November will also open the Prima Millennium in Ra'anana's high-tech district.

Israel's Prima Hotels chain has opened Petah Tikvah's first business hotel. The Prima Link has 119 rooms on eight floors of a high-rise building, which is part of Ofer The Big Mall, opposite the Rabin Medical Center (Beilinson Hospital), and near to the hundreds of businesses in the city's industrial zones.

The hotel's entrance, lobby, restaurant and conference facilities are on the ground and gallery floors with the rooms located on floors 14-19.

Founded in 1886 as an agricultural settlement, Petah Tikvah has largely been seen as a suburb of Tel Aviv in recent decades. But with 900 businesses in Petah Tikvah, Prima has identified sufficient demand from visiting businesspeople as well as relatives of patients in Belinson Hospital and the Schneider Children's hospital.

Owned by the Moskowitz family in New York, Prima has 12 other hotels in Israel in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Eilat, the Dead Sea and Tiberias, Prima has identified a niche for business clients in Tel Aviv's satellite suburbs and in November will be opening the Prima Millennium in Ra'anana's high-tech district.
