The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange fell today. The Tel Aviv 35 Index fell 0.13%, to 1,556.65 points; the Tel Aviv 125 Index also fell 0.13%, to 1,418.98 points; and the BlueTech Global Index fell 0.22%, to 379.67 points. The TelBond 20 corporate bond index rose 0.27%, to 348.20 points. Turnover totaled NIS 1.21 billion in equities and NIS 3.61 billion in bonds.
On the foreign exchange market, the representative shekel-dollar rate was set 0.69% higher, at NIS 3.6620/$, and the representative shekel-euro rate was set 0.29% higher, at NIS 4.1270/€.
Nice Systems, which reported strong 2018 results, led trading today, and rose 3.20%. Teva rose 0.28%; Israel Chemicals fell 0.35%; Bank Leumi fell 1.16%; and Bank Hapoalim fell 0.85%. IFF fell 7.82%, AudioCodes fell 3.10%, and Tower Semiconductor fell 2.46%.
