A Herzliya building is the residence of Alexandre Gaydamak and his family.
Alexandre Gaydamak claims that the assets on which the Tel Aviv District Court placed a temporary foreclosure are owned by him, and not by his father, Arcadi Gaydamak. The court issued the foreclosure order at the request of Joseph Troim in order to guarantee payment of a debt that Troim claims Arcadi Gaydamak owes him. Alexandre Gaydamak has therefore asked the court to rescind the order.
Alexandre Gaydamak says that Troim has no cause for claim against him, nor any evidence of such a claim. Therefore, the court has no cause to foreclose any of his assets, all the more so when the order was issued to guarantee a process in which he is not a party.
Alexandre Gaydamak says that he and his father fully separated their private and business assets. As for the property on Ha'Eshel Street in Herzliya, this is his and his family's residence, and Arcadi Gaydamak has no connection to it. Alexandre Gaydamak says that he is the sole owner of two properties in the Ramat Aviv neighborhood of Tel Aviv, which he purchased with his own money.
