Differences of opinion with Arison Group CEO Efrat Peled are believed to be one reason for Dror's departure.
Iris Dror, Chief Language and Communication Officer at Arison Group, is leaving after eight years with the group. Dror will remain on the boards of Bank Hapoalim and Salt Industries for a few more months.
Officially, Dror's departure is described as a joint decision by her and Shari Arison. Arison said today that she "thanks Iris for her dedicated work and her contribution to the group.
Sources close to the group pointed to differences of opinion between Dror and the strongwoman of the Arison Group, CEO Efrat Peled, and it may be that is was one of the reasons that Dror is leaving.
