The deal with Life Saving Medical Solutions is worth at least $15 million.
Medical device company ETView today signed a distribution agreement with US firm Life Saving Medical Solutions (LSMS) worth a minimum of $15 million. The agreement is meant to be fully implemented by the end of 2010.
ETView is a graduate of the Misgav Incubator in northern Israel controlled by Trendlines. The company develops ventilation tubes with an embedded video camera that can b inserted conveniently and accurately into the patient's upper airways and trachea, and provides a clear view via a monitor.
LSMS is an association of 20 distribution companies working throughout the US. LSMS say that they may also decide to acquire ETView.
