Mirs is the smallest cellular company in Israel's market.
IDB Holding Corp. Ltd. (TASE:IDBH) mobile telecommunications unit Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE:CEL) said today that it is considering a bid to buy 100% of Mirs, the smallest cellular company in Israel.
The market share held by Mirs in the Israeli market is 4-5%.
Any deal will be contingent on regulatory approval.
