The company won the tender for the three planned high-rises a few days ago.
Gindi Holdings Initiatives 2009 Ltd. may have panicked at its win in the South Kirya tender in Tel Aviv; it is considering selling one or two of the three high-rises zoned for the lot to one of the other bidders in the tender.
Sources inform ''Globes'' that Gindi Holdings has already opened preliminary talks with buyers group Ayala Agam, owned by Agam Real Estate Consultants, owned by Jackie Suissa and Motti Peled, which offered the second highest bid for the central high-rise. Representatives of the two companies were scheduled to meet last night.
Agam offered NIS 156.4 million for the second high-rise, not including VAT and betterment costs, NIS 11 million more than the average price Gindi Holdings bid for each of the three buildings, suggesting that Agam could buy the building from Gindi.
