Israir claims that the decision making process was flawed and wants the subject examined professionally and fundamentally.
Israir Airlines and Tourism Ltd. has appealed to the High Court of Justice against the Minister of Transport's decision to allow El Al Israel Airlines Ltd. (TASE:ELAL) to operate flights between Ben Gurion Airport and Eilat. According to Israir, the issue of adding an extra carrier to Eilat route has not been fundamentally examined and as required by law, and therefore the decision of the Minister of Transport should be voided.
