Harel Insurance Investments and Financial Services Ltd. (TASE: HARL) has bought an office building in Clerkenwell in London for ₤11 million. The 2,500-square meter is wholly leased to UNICEF UK, serving as its headquarters in England, under a long-term lease.
Harel bought the property through subsidiaries Harel Insurance Company Ltd. and Dikla Insurance Company Ltd.
Earlier this year, Harel and Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. (TASE: CLIS) jointly bought a London office building, leased to the UK Inland Revenue Service, for ₤40 million.
