Isralom sold a Petah Tikva building to Aspen for NIS 15.2 million.
Isralom Properties Ltd. (TASE:ILOM), controlled by Matthew Bronfman and Shalom Fisher's Bronfman Fisher Real Estate Ltd., has sold a property in Petah Tikva to Aspen Group Ltd. (TASE:ASGR) for NIS 15.2 million. Isralom will report a capital gain of NIS 600,000 on the sale.
The 4,000-square meter building in the city's industrial zone is used for offices, logistics and warehouses. It is leased to Imagestore Ltd. in a two-year lease at NIS 1.3 million a year, giving a return on investment of 8.7%. The property has 2,650 square meters in unused building rights.
