Africa-Israel Residences begins Jerusalem project

The project on Harav Kook Street includes an 11-room boutique hotel.

Lev Leviev-controlled Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. (TASE:AFIL; Pink Sheets:AFIVY) subsidiary Africa-Israel Residences Ltd. The project, next door to the historic Ticho House, will include 120 apartments and an 11-room boutique hotel. The company estimates sales at NIS 480 million.

The 21,000-square meter project connects to the Anna Ticho Garden, Museum and Cafe. The price of apartments will range from NIS 1.45 million for a two-room apartment to NIS 3.5 million for a 140-square meter five-room apartment.
