The deal whereby Shaul Elovitch bought control of Bezeq was completed yesterday evening.
"I fulfilled one of my greatest dreams today. A great deal of work awaits us after Independence Day, and I am sure that, together, the management of the group and the board will continue to do excellent work, as they have done up to now," said Shaul Elovitch today on completing the acquisition of control of Bezeq (TASE: BZEQ). Yesterday evening, Elovitch completed the receipt of all the permits required for buying the company, and paid the full consideration NIS 6.5 billion.
