VoIP pioneer Vocaltec wins Russia telecom deal

NTC will use VocalTec solutions as the core voice platform for its triple-play service.

VocalTec Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq:VOCL) will supply its VoIP solutions to Russia's New Telephone Company (NTC), a telecommunications carrier headquartered in Vladivostok, for its next-generation network.
