SAManage will also receive Chief Scientist funding.
Xenia Venture Capital Ltd. (TASE:XENA) will invest further in portfolio company SAManage Ltd. for further development of the company's SaaS cloud computing solution for the management of an enterprise's computer assets. Xenia will provide NIS 494,000 which will be funded by a loan from the Office of the Chief Scientist as part of SAManage's third year at the incubator, through June 2011. In addition, Xenia will invest NIS 250,000.
SAManage CEO is Doron Gordon.
Xenia will own 32% of Samanage after the investment.
