Hatehof Ltd. (TASE:THF) said today that a foreign government has expressed interest in acquiring tens of protected vehicles.
The company said that the customer was a country from the continent of America, but did not specify North or South America. It added that it was not active previously in the country.
The customer sent a letter of intention, stating that it will consider positively the purchase of tens of protected vehicles, and invited representatives of the company to negotiate the deal with it.
Hatehof manufactures armored vehicles, rescue vehicles, aircraft refuelers, firefighting trucks, NBC decontamination containers, special purpose trailers and heavy metal projects for both military and other security force deployment and for civilian use.
Shares of Hatehof rose 8.6% by late morning today.
