Shari Arison buys out brother in Arison Holdings

Micky Arison has a 23% stake in Arison Holdings, which controls Bank Hapoalim, Shikun u'Binui, and other companies.

Shari Arison has bought out her brother Micky's 23% stake in Arison Holdings Ltd., the controlling shareholder in Bank Hapoalim (TASE: POLI), Shikun u'Binui Holdings Ltd. (TASE: SKBN), MIYA water ventures, and other companies. The company did not disclose the size of the deal.

In a notice to the TASE, Bank Hapoalim said that the Bank of Israel had approved the deal. Arison Holdings has a 20% stake in Bank Hapoalim.

Micky Arison is CEO of cruise operator Carnival Corporation (NYSE: CCL; LSE: CCL) and owns NBA team Miami Heat.
