Azrieli, has acquired full ownership of the two buildings which are fully leased, 68% of the space to Teva.
Azrieli Group Ltd. (TASE: AZRG), controlled by David Azrieli, has acquired full ownership of two buildings in the Petah Tikva Science and Technology Park from Matthew Bronfman's Isralom Ltd for NIS 48 million. Most of the space is leased to Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Nasdaq: TEVA; TASE: TEVA).
Until now Azrieli has held 50% of the buildings, which were built in the 1990's and owned jointly by Azrieli and Bronfman. The buildings cover 18,500 square meters and are fully leased - Teva rents 68% of the space.
