Yossi Benayoun buys two Tel Aviv apartments

The Israel national captain and Arsenal midfielder paid NIS 7 million for two 120 square meter four-room apartments in Park Tzameret.

Arsenal midfielder and Israel national team captain Yossi Benayoun has bought two apartments as an investment in Canada Israel Development Corporation's W Prime project in Park Tzameret in Tel Aviv. Benayoun is paying NIS 7 million for the two four room apartments on the 19th floor of one of the project's high rises.

Benayoun's agent Ronen Katsav has also bought two apartments on the 20th floor of the same project for the same price. Each apartment covers 120 square meters and also includes a balcony, parking space and storage room.

Canada Israel confirmed the purchases. Katsav said, "We bought the apartments for NIS 14 million including a good discount. We are satisfied with the deal and the project. We've already signed contracts and paid the money. From our point of view this is an investment for the future."

Last year, Benayoun bought an apartment in Canada Israel's Blue project in Tel Aviv for NIS 11 million.
