Netanyahu asks ministers to examine Silman's case

"This is a great personal tragedy. I wish Moshe Silman a full recovery."

"This is a great personal tragedy. I wish Moshe Silman a full recovery. I have asked the welfare minister and the housing minister to examine the matter," said Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at this morning's meeting of Likud ministers.

At last night's demonstration marking the first anniversary of the social protest, Moshe Silman set himself alight because of massive debts. He was taken in critical condition to Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov Hospital), with third-degree burns on 94% of his body.
