Bali is the latest executive to leave the electric car venture, which has seen two changes in CEO, hundreds of layoffs, and massive losses, in the past few months. The company lost $454 million in 2012, and its auditor attached a going concern warning to its financial report.
Better Place has raised $850 million since Shay Agassi founded it in 2007, and it needs another $500 million to survive.
