In addition to the restrictions imposed on new Ministry of Finance director general Yael Andoran related to Israel Corporation (TASE: ILCO) and its subsidiaries, due to possible conflicts of interest, she may not deal with issues related to El Al Israel Airlines Ltd. (TASE: ELAL), its subsidiaries, its controlling shareholders or their companies, for one year because she served as an independent director at the airline for 17 months prior to appointment at the ministry.
Andoran is also banned from dealing with issues related to Clal Health Ltd., a unit of Nochi Dankner's IDB Holding Corp. Ltd. (TASE:IDBH) subsidiary Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. (TASE: CLIS), because she served as an external director at the company until July 10, 2012.
In addition, Andoran may not deal with issues related to a target=new href= http://www.dan.co.il/english/>Dan Public Transportation co. Ltd., its subsidiaries and controlling shareholders, or issues related to urban transport in metropolitan Tel Aviv so long as her husband keeps his job at the bus company.
Andoran may not deal with issues related to Viola Group unit Viola Credit, its general partners, affiliates, or management company for one year, because she was appointed venture partner at the firm in early 2012.
