Cyprus, Israeli developers to sign MOU on LNG plant - Reuters

Cyprus aims to begin liquefied natural gas exports in 2020.

Reuters reports that, on June 26, Cyprus will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Noble Energy, Delek Group Ltd. (TASE: DLEKG) unit Delek Drilling and Avner Oil and Gas LP (TASE: AVNR.L) Oil Exploration on the development of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal.

Reuters says that Cyprus aims to begin LNG exports in 2020, processing not only its own gas but also supplies from Israel and potentially Lebanon.
