Avaya Inc. (NYSE: AV) has acquired Israeli cloud, social media, reporting and management solutions developer ITNavigator Ltd.. Although the amount of the acquisition was not disclosed, it was reportedly for a few tens of millions of dollars.
ITNavigator was founded in 2001 to provide solutions for call centers. The company has marketed Avaya systems, and its website called Avaya a business partner. Headquartered in Petah Tikva, it has offices in Europe and business partners in Europe and North America. It has 45 employees and investors included private equity fund GHH.
The acquisition is part of ITNavigator's restructuring, under which it will continue to distribute Avaya products in Israel.
