TabTale has rented 1,600 sq.m. in Ramat Hahayal for five years at NIS 1.3 million a year.
Interactive children's game app TabTale Ltd. has moved to Tel Aviv's high-tech hub of Ramat Hahayal. It has signed a five-year lease with Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings Ltd. (TASE: MGDL) to rent 1,600 square meters on the fourth floor of the Ziv Towers at NIS 68 per square meter per month, as well as 40 parking spaces at NIS 19.50 per square meter per month. Altogether, TabTale will pay NIS 108,800 a month in rent, or NIS 1.3 million a year.
NTM Real Estate Services, which brokered the deal, says that office rents in Ramat Hahayal range from NIS 65 per square meter per month to NIS 85 in a Class A building. In comparison, office rent in central Tel Aviv is NIS 90-120 per square meter per month.
