Nochi Dankner resigns from all IDB cos boards

Directors representing Dankner have also resigned, to be replaced by Eduardo Elsztain and Moti Ben-Moshe's representatives.

After losing control of IDB Holding Corp. Ltd. (TASE:IDBH), Nochi Dankner has resigned from the company's board of directors, as well as from the boards of its operational subsidiary, IDB Development Corporation, and from all of the conglomerate's companies, including Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. (TASE: CLIS), Discount Investment Corporation (TASE: DISI), Property and Building Ltd. (TASE: PTBL), Shufersal Ltd. (TASE:SAE), and Koor Industries Ltd. (TASE:KOR).

As part of IDB Holding's debt settlement, directors on behalf of its previous controlling shareholder, Dankner, have resigned, and will be replaced by directors representing the trustees and the new controlling shareholders, Eduardo Elsztain and Moti Ben-Moshe.

The Tel Aviv District Court has also approved the appointment of Aharon Fogel as chairman of IDB Development, and a new CEO will be appointed for the company.
