The Israel Start-up Companies Promotion Center
The Center is a cooperative venture between the Office of the Chief Scientist, the Israel Manufacturers Association, and the Israel Export Institute. It assists early stage companies in finding sources of finance, including government support, venture capital, and investment from local and international companies. It also provides consulting services on management, law, and so on.

"Messer is a non-profit Israeli government-supported organization and is dedicated to helping inventors successfully commercialize their new product ideas by giving Seed Money Grants of up to $25,000 in addition to free legal, marketing and business-management counseling."
