Tel Aviv: A 60-sq.m. two-room, ground floor apartment with parking and no elevator on Ha'avodah St. was sold for NIS 2.1 million. A 60-sq.m. two-room, second floor apartment with parking and no elevator on Ein Gav St. in the Yad Eliahu neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.21 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Kfar Saba: A 110-sq.m. 3.5-room, first floor apartment with balcony, storage room and parking on Emek Yezreel St. in the Neve Hadarim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.59 million. A 113-sq.m. 4.5 room, first floor apartment, with balcony, elevator and parking in Tel Hai St. was sold for NIS 1.77 million (RE/MAX-ONE).
Holon: A 124-sq.m. five-room, ground floor apartment with parking on Dvora Bartonov St. was sold for NIS 2.52 million (Re/MAX-Evnav).
Hod Hasharon: A 115-sq.m. four room, fourth floor apartment with balcony, elevator and parking on Aviv St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.65 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Jerusalem and environs
Beit Shemesh: A 120-sq.m. five-room garden apartment with 100-sq.m. garden, no parking, on Hahermon St. was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A 60-sq.m., 3-room, second floor apartment without parking, elevator on Keren Hayesod St. was sold for NIS 730,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
Haifa and the north
Haifa: A 90-sq.m. four room, second floor apartment on Steven Weiss St. on the French Carmel was sold for NIS 1.26 million. A 90-sq.m. four room, first floor apartment on Halamish St. in Ramat Golda was sold for NIS 940,000. A 60-sq.m. 2.5 room, third floor apartment on Puah St. in Hadar was sold for NIS 375,000 (RE/MAX-City).
Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Givatayim: A 90-sq.m., four room apartment with parking on Jabotinsky St. in the Arlozorov neighborhood was leased for NIS 5,000 a month (Ofer Mizrahi Real Estate Agents and Marketing).
