Jerusalem: A 78-sq.m. three-room, ground-floor apartment with a 10-sq.m. balcony with parking and without an elevator on Haim Nachman Bialik St. in Beit Hakerem was sold for NIS 2.23 million. A 85-sq.m., four-room, second and top floor apartment with parking but without an elevator on Avraham Stern St. in Kiryat Yovel was sold for NIS 1.18 million. A 107-sq.m., four-room, ground floor garden apartment in a 268-sq.m. lot and with a 15-sq.m. balcony, with no parking on Miriam Hahashmonaim St. in Baka was sold for NIS 4.9 million. A 110-sq.m, four-room, ground floor apartment with a 40-sq.m. balcony, with no elevator and no parking on Aryeh l. Kobobi St. in Ramat Danya was sold for NIS 2.61 million. A 119-sq.m. five-room, eighth floor apartment with an 8-sq.m. balcony with an elevator, parking, and storage room on Eliezer Hagadol St. in Katamonim was sold for NIS 3.28 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Herzliya: A 115-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with elevator, storage room and parking on Sasha Argov St. was sold for NIS 2.06 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Nes Ziona: A 114-sq.m. 2.5-room house in a 500-sq.m. lot with parking and a storage room on Geula St. in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 2.13 million. A 92-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Halev St., in Ramat Ben Zvi was sold for NIS 1.32 million. A 133-sq.m. five-room, third-floor penthouse with two parking space, an elevator and storage room on Sadot St. in the southeast of the city was sold for NIS 2.65 million. A 132-sq.m., five-room, ground floor garden apartment, in a 260-sq.m lot with two parking spaces and a storage room on Hoshe St. in Hadegel neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.63 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Haifa and the north
Haifa: A 95-sq.m., three-room, seventh floor apartment on Hameginim Boulevard in Kiryat Eliahu was sold for NIS 875,000. A 67-sq.m., 2.5 room, third floor apartment on Beit Lehem St. in the French Carmel was sold for NIS 720,000. A 100-sq.m., 3.5-room, second floor apartment on Arlozorov St. in Hadar Hacarmel was sold for NIS 665,000 (RE/MAX-City).

Nes Ziona: A 80-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment, with an elevator and parking on Hashirion St. in the Hadarei Semel neighborhood was leased for NIS 4,100 per month. A 110-sq.m. four-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator, two parking spaces and a storage room on Tefer Haim St. was leased for NIS 4,800 [per month. A 160-sq.m. six-room house on a 300-sq.m. lot with a basement and two parking spaces on Bar Kokhba St. in the Shmurat Malibu neighborhood was leased for NIS 7,500 per month. A 100-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Sokolov St. in the city center was leased for NIS 4,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
