Jerusalem and environs
Beit Shemesh: A 113-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with parking on Har Moriah St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.11 million. A 130-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with a storage room and parking on Simtat Wizo St. in the Ramat Lehi neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.47 million. A 85-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with a 6-sq.m. balcony, storage room and parking on Nahal Refaim St. in Ramat Beit Shemesh Aleph was sold for NIS 1.1 million. A 237-sq.m., seven-room house with a 40-sq.m. roof balcony on Nahal Maor St. in Ramat Beit Shemesh was sold for NIS 2.8 million. A 65-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment on Hagefen St. in the city center was sold for NIS 800,000 (21st Century-Sunrise).

Ramat Gan: A 84-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment on Shanan St. was sold for NIS 1.84 million (RE/MAX-Spirit). A 51-sq.m., two-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hamatmid St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.48 million. A 86-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Uziel St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.3 million (RE/MAX-100%).

Bat Yam: A 78-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Katznelson St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.07 million. A 78-sq.m. three-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Moshe Sharet St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.37 million. A 65-sq.m., 2.5-room, fourth floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Yoseftal St. in the city center was sold for NIS 930,000. A 84-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on El Cohen St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.04 million. A 50-sq.m., two-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Bayit Vegan St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.02 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Kfar Saba: A 136-sq.m. 4.5-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Sharet St. was sold for NIS 1.9 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Hod Hasharon: A 125-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Simtat Hadror St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.67 million. A 155-sq.m., five-room apartment with a 20-sq.m. balcony, storage room and two parking spaces on Beit Oren St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 2.65 million. A 250-sq.m. six-room eight-year old house on a 300-sq.m. lot with a basement on David Hamelekh St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 3.6 million (Sharbit Properties).

Ramat Gan: A 62-sq.m. two-room, ground floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hagat St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 4,250 per month (RE/MAX-100%).
