Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv:A recently renovated 145-sq.m., five-room house on a 118-sq.m. lot with a 100-sq.m. garden, and swimming pool on Yitzhak Tabenkin St. in the Revivim neighborhood in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 5.27 million (Ackerman Real Estate).

Ramat Gan: A 58-sq.m., 2.5-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Shderot Hayeled was sold for NIS 1.49 million. A 50-sq.m., 2.5-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on San Martin St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.7 million. A 119-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hakabaim St. was sold for NIS 2 million.

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 120-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Israel Galili St. in the Ramot neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.16 million. A 104-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Hameshachararim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 770,000. A 65-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Ringelblum St. in the Daled neighborhood was sold for NIS 770,000. A 117-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Isidore Bodenheimer St. in the Ramot neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.25 million. A 92-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Shderot Yerushalyim in the city center was sold for 750,000. A 72-sq.m, four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Wingate St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 820,000 (RE-MAX - Plus).
Eilat:A 130-sq.m., five-room, second floor duplex with no elevator and no parking on Mishul Hafikus St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A 80-sq.m., four-room, third and fourth floor duplex on Ayalot St. in the city center was sold for NIS 745,000. A 135-sq.m., five-room garden apartment with a 100-sq.m. garden and parking on Ein Netafim St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.61 million (Keller-Willams).

Rentals

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem:A 85-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Yosef Tzvi Rimon St. in Ramat Bet Hakerem was leased for NIS 4,900 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Mevasseret Zion:A 90-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Habosem St. in the southwest of the city (Hemed) was leased for NIS 4,250 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Modi'in: A 150-sq.m. five-room, first floor apartment with a 65-sq.m. balcony, storage room and two parking spaces on Kislev St. in the Kramim neighborhood in the north of the city was leased for NIS 6,500 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
