Tel Aviv luxury apartments

A selection of recent real estate deals in Israel including in Jerusalem, Ramat Gan, Bat Yam, Rishon Lezion, Modiin, and Haifa.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Rishon Lezion: A 82-sq.m. 3.5-room, third floor apartment on Jabotinsky St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.2 million. A 124-sq.m., five-room, fourth floor apartment on Hahityashvut St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 2.57 million. A 170-sq.m., six-room house on Bilu St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.2 million. A 115-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment on Rambam St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.8 million. A 99-sq.m., four-room, ground floor, garden apartment with a 30-sq.m. room and 54-sq.m. yard on Shlonsky St. in the Neot Shikma neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 2.64 million.

Modiin: A110-sq.m. four-room, garden apartment with a 200-sq.m. garden, storage room and covered parking on Tammuz St. in the Kramim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.4 million (Schumacher Real Estate).

Haifa and the north
Haifa: a 90-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment on Yitzhak Sadeh St. in the German Colony was sold for NIS 980,000. A 89-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment on Harel St. in the Romema neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.18 million. A 122-sq.m. six-room, ground floor with a 122-sq.m. yard on Zalman Shazar St. in the Ramot Ben Gurion neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.4 million.

Rentals

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 68-sq.m. 3.5-room, second floor apartment with a balcony, no elevator and no parking on Ha'arazim St. in the Yefe nof neighborhood was leased for NIS 3,800 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 70-sq.m. two-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Yospi St. was leased for NIS 4,100 per month. A 110-sq.m., five-room, first floor apartment on Hasar Moshe St. in the city center was leased for NIS 6,000 (RE-MAX - 100%).
Bat Yam: A 112-sq.m., four-room, 17th floor apartment in a new building with an elevator and parking on Yochanan Hasandler St. in the south of the city was leased for NIS 6,300 per month (RE-MAX - Avanav).
