Ayelet Leviev buys NIS 2.2m Ramat Gan apartment

Lev Leviev's youngest daughter has bought a home on one of the highest floors of the planned Elite Tower.

Ayelet Leviev, Lev Leviev's daughter, and her husband Gidon Yakobson, have bought a three room apartment on one of the upper floors of Ramat Gan's Elite Tower for NIS 2.2 million. The 45-floor project is on the site of the former Elite chocolate plant near the Diamond Exchange.

Designed by architect Sami Tito and developed and built by Maslavi Construction Company Ltd. (TASE:MSLA), the high-rise is due for completion in November 2017 and has 169 apartments and 36,000-sq.m. of commercial space. Maslavi declined to comment on the report.

Ayelet Leviev, the youngest daughter of Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. (TASE:AFIL) controlling shareholder Lev Leviev, began working two years ago in the sales department of Africa-Israel Properties Ltd. for NIS 5,000 per month.
