HOT Mobile, Pelephone, and Partner will launch full 4G services almost immediately.

The Ministry of Communications has assigned the cellular companies 4G frequencies. The companies bought the frequencies in a tender in January 2015. Now, following a series of complementary actions and unnecessary delays, the Ministry of Communications is allocating the frequencies to the companies.

In the coming days, cellular companies HOT Mobile Ltd., Pelephone Communications Ltd., and Partner Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq: PTNR; TASE: PTNR) will launch full 4G services, while Golan Telecom Ltd. and Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE:CEL; TASE:CEL) will be unable to launch 4G services with full capacity, due to the problem of the joint network that they have not yet completed.
