Israeli cyber security company CyberArk Software Inc. (Nasdaq:CYBR) has acquired privately-held US DevOps company Conjur Inc. for $42 million in cash.
Based in Newton, Massachusetts, Conjur’s technology for securing DevOps will extend CyberArk’s reach deeper into the DevOps lifecycle to protect secrets and manage machine identities. With the addition of Conjur, Petah Tikva-based CyberArk will empower companies to accelerate software deployment securely, with the industry’s only enterprise-class security solution that delivers comprehensive privileged account management and secrets protection.
