"I proved to the court that there was a written agreement despite Leviev's lies in court," Arcadi Gaydamak said after he was told that the English High Court in London had dismissed his lawsuit against Lev Leviev claiming that Leviev owed him $2.2 billion in profits from Angolan diamond exports. "My lawyers and I believe that we will win an appeal and so we will file a petition that will be heard by a three judge panel," Gaydamak told Israel's Channel 10 TV. "This was a full conspiracy against me - Leviev laid a trap for me."
