Israeli telco group HOT Telecommunication Systems Ltd. (TASE: HOT) is rebranding as Altice in the name of its parent company owned by Patrick Drahi. The rebranding will take place gradually but will be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2018. Altice CEO Michel Combes said, “We are transforming from a holding company with a collection of different assets and brands around the world, to one unified global group with one single brand."
