The underwriters of the public offering by Kornit Digital Ltd. Kornit, which provides digital printing solutions for the printed textile industry, says it intends to use the proceeds from the offering for future potential acquisitions, including complementary businesses, technologies or assets, and for general corporate purposes, including working capital and capital expenditures. Kornit says it has no agreements or understandings with respect to any acquisition or investment at this time, but its CEO, Ronen Samuel, told "Globes earlier this week that the company had identified several interesting potential acquisitions.
