Bonei Hatichon's B Center includes 8,000-sq.m. of commercial space on three floors.
The B Center will open in Kfar Saba next week. The new center in the city's Yarok (Green) neighborhood was built by Bonei Hatichon Civil Engineering and Infrastructures Ltd. (TASE:BOTI) with an investment of NIS 150 million. The center has three floors and cover 21,000-sq.m. including 8,000-sq.m. of commercial space for fashion stores, supermarket, cafes, specialty food stores, a fitness and health club, clinic, informal education center and more.
The mall also has underground parking for 187 vehicles and a free municipal parking lot for 350 cars. 65% of the commercial space has been leased.
The mall is located opposite the neighborhood's school facilities. 5,500 families live in Kfar Saba's Green neighborhood, which has 10 kindergartens and one elementary school.
