US tycoon Sheldon Adelson, owner of the "Israel Hayom" daily, is giving evidence to the Israel Police 433 national fraud unit. His questioning is part of the investigation into Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's meetings with "Yediot Ahronot" publisher Arnon Mozes. It is suspected that Mozes promised Netanyahu favorable coverage in"Yediot Ahronot" in return for promoting a law limiting the power of "Israel Hayom," "Yediot Ahronot's" competitor. The meetings between Netanyahu and Mozes took place before the most recent Knesset elections, and were recorded.
