Sources inform "Globes" that an apartment owned by the late Motti Zisser has been put up for sale by the receiver of the bankrupt tycoon. This is a luxury apartment in the Herzliya marina, at 3 Hatzedef Street. This is a 360 square meter apartment with a 110 square meter balcony on the 12th and top floor of the Marina Towers residential project in western Herzliya.
The apartment is being sold as part of receivership proceedings pursued by Union Bank of Israel (TASE: UNON) to collect Zisser's debts. Sources in the real estate industry informed "Globes" that the apartment's price is estimated at NIS 30 million. It has a view over the marina and the beachside and includes three bedrooms with an on suite shower and toilet, a large living room, a working space, a dining room with a wine cabinet, a kitchen and a roof balcony with a wooden deck.
The apartment has high specifications and includes a smart, remote-controlled electric system, a fully equipped kitchen, a hot tub on the balcony, stone floors and more. The tower where the apartment is located has a swimming pool, a spa, a gym and a conference hall to be used exclusively by residents, as well as around the clock security.
The apartment is owned by the Herzliya Marine Limited Partnership, controlled (indirectly through other investments) by Zisser. According to a press ad published by the receiver, Adv. Yaniv Azran from B.Levinbook & Co. law firm, the last date for bids is December 18. Azran himself has declined to comment.
