Ritz-Carlton Herzliya sells 7 apartments for NIS 37m

"The buyers of the holiday apartments are overseas Jews with strong ties to Israel."

The Ritz-Carlton Herzliya has sold seven holiday apartments in the project for NIS 37 million over the past six weeks. The project has 82 apartments.

Sales include a 93-square meter two-bedroom duplex with a 42-square meter balcony for NIS 8.5 million; a 67-square meter one bedroom apartments with a 13-square meter balcony for NIS 4.6 million; and a 59-square meter one bedroom apartments with an 8-square meter balcony for NIS 3.9 million. Two months ago, a 103-square meter penthouse in the project was sold for NIS 13 million.

"The buyers of the holiday apartments are Jews with strong ties to Israel. They come from the US, Belgium, Switzerland, the UK, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, and South Africa, and they know the quality of the brand and are used to the high standard of living that the Ritz-Carlton offers," says project sales and marketing manager Miri Azuri. "The buyers consider purchasing a holiday apartment in the Ritz-Carlton Herzliya as an investment for themselves and their families, and most of all as part of their ties with Israel. There are also Israeli buyers who consider the holiday apartments as a real estate investment and as an apartment for weekends and recreation.

The Ritz-Carlton Herzliya Hotel opened in December 2013.
