A fire broke out today in the David Promenade Residences project owned by developer Henry Taic, which is currently being built. The fire began on the 15th to 17 floor of the tower. Magen David Adom said that three people had been injured, and a number were trapped and were being rescued by the Dan Region fire department. Electra Construction is constructing the project, which includes two 26-storey towers north of the Opera Tower. One will be a hotel that will be managed by the Kampinski chain, and other will be a residential tower with 60 luxury apartments.
