Formerly FraudSciences, the start-up was considered one of Israel's most successful exits of recent years.
Sources inform ''Globes'' that PayPal Israel general manager Yossi Barak is resigning. Barak took up his post when eBay Inc. (Nasdaq: EBAY) subsidiary PayPal Inc. acquired Israeli start-up FraudSciences, where he was COO.
PayPal Israel functions as part of PayPal's online fraud prevention unit. It is considered one of Israel's most successful exits of recent years, acquired for about $170 million in January 2008, after raising just $7 million.
Barak declined to comment on the report.
